Symposium dinner

PlaceBeachclub Doen!
Date: Friday May 24
Price delegates: EUR 80
Price accompanying persons: EUR 90

Address
Beachclub Doen!
Strandweg 9
2586 JK Scheveningen

Lovely weather in May, so let’s go to the beach! This time ISDF’s symposium dinner will take place on the beach, at the Beachclub Doen! in Scheveningen (The Hague).

The beachclub can be reached from the conference venue within 10 minutes travel time by tram or taxi. If you choose to walk you may need approximately 30 minutes. Of course you will receive detailed instructions closer to date. Please contact the organizers if you need further assistance.

Beachclub Doen! is virtually located on the sand of the beach. It is an informal setting, with wooden paths and floors with, here and there, the beach sand. The Conference Dinner is of barbeque type. Therefore we strongly recommend casual clothing and shoes. Though we have ordered dry weather, if this does not work out you may have to walk a short distance in rain, from the tram or taxi stop to the beach club and/or back.

We have also decided to organize a bus shuttle service, as an extra service for conference dinner participants.
The first bus will leave at 18.15, so you will have some time to stroll on the beach. The 2nd bus will leave at 19.00. Dress code: casual. Since the club is actually on the beach, don’t forget to bring a coat or sweater.

Please note that the restaurants along the Scheveningen Boulevard, such as the Beachclub Doen!, cannot be found by a street number. Beachclub Doen! is located at the height of the lighthouse, the needle and the endstop of tram 11.
