Full Meeting Registrations include lunch (4 days), morning and afternoon coffee breaks and Welcome Reception.
Single Day Registration: If you do not wish to attend the full Symposium (May 22-25) you may select a single day registration. During the registration you can select the day you would like to attend the Diabetic Foot Symposium.
Accompanying persons: You can buy a guest ticket to have access to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, an Excursion on Thursday and the Symposium Dinner on Friday. If you need more than one guest ticket, please contact the Symposium Secretatiat by email.
Excursion: The selection of the excursions are available, please find more information below. You can buy your/guest ticket for an excursion during your registration.

We will depart from the World Forum Congress building for a panoramic city tour through The Hague, the governmental capital of the Netherlands and home of Queen Beatrix, by driving along the Royal Palace, Peace Palace and the Government buildings in the city centre.
In the city you will enter a cruise which will take you along canals, dating back to the 14th century. During the cruise you can enjoy stories on the old city of The Hague.
End of the excursion back at the World Forum Congress building.

We will meet the local guide at the World Forum Congress building and start walking towards the city centre, you will go through the park and pass the Peace Palace. In the historic centre we will be passing the many gems The Hague has to offer, such as almshouses and other historic and cultural buildings.
Included is a visit to the famous Mauritshuis. The museum reopened after being renovated in summer 2014 and is home to the very best of Dutch Golden Age painting. The compact, yet world-renowned collection is situated in the heart of The Hague, right next to the government centre. The famous Vermeer’s ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ has been on a world tour for 2 years and returned with the Mauritshuis reopening on 27 June 2014. Masterpieces such as Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Nicolaes Tulp by Rembrandt, The Goldfinch by Fabritius (now a bestseller by Donna Tart) and The Bull by Potter are on permanent display in the intimate rooms of this seventeenth-century monument. More than two hundred top paintings from Dutch and Flemish masters are on display in this historic interior, with silken wall coverings, sparkling chandeliers and monumental painted ceilings.
The walk to Mauritshuis from the World Forum Congress building is about 40 min, beautiful and passing the Peace Palace.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org). If a cancellation is received before or on April 8, 2019 reimbursement of the registration fee and social events, minus 50 EUR handling charges, will be made. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the meeting for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund (registration fee and social events) can be made. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the symposium is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.
If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one as part of the online meeting registration process. Please complete your registration and send an email to the Symposium Secretariat stating that you would like to request an invitation letter. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed meeting registration.
We accept payments by credit card, iDEAL and bank transfer. We cannot accept payment by check and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.
Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration to secure your participation.
Representatives of the press and media agencies with media credentials are welcome to attend the Diabetic Foot Symposium. Contact the Symposium Secretariat (email@example.com) for details of media registration.
By registering as media representatives for ISDF 2019, journalists, press photographers, film crews and other members of the press accept that they must comply with the ISDF 2019 Press Policy. Failure to do so may result in the immediate withdrawal of press registration.
Picture taking, audio/video recording and/or filming at the Diabetic Foot Symposium venue without prior permission of the organizers are prohibited. Requests for interviews of speakers or faculty should be sent to the Symposium Secretariat.
Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the ISDF 2019 Symposium organizers, in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of the 8th International Symposium on the Diabetic Foot , May 22- 25, 2019. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies;
- You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;
- You have consented;
- It is required or authorized by law;
- It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;
- It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.
The Diabetic Foot Symposium offers a reduced registration to students enrolled in an accredited college or university program. Students for whom tuition is paid for or reimbursed by an employer are not eligible for discounted registration. During the registration students / residents need to upload a student card.
